Heat supply network exchanger includes basic heat supply network exchangers and peak heat supply network exchangers, is one of the main equipment of thermal power plants, and its main function is to heat the backwater in the heat supply network to meet the users’ requirement by using the extraction steam from the turbine or the new steam from the boiler as heat sources. We have produced the heat supply network exchangers for several years. the product’s heat exchange area is from 40m2 to 2450 m2, include 3 series separated by the material: vortex hot film tube, stainless threaded pipes with Ni-Ti basement layer surface, and common steel pipe. of Heat Vortex Hot film heat supply network exchanger is made of stainless steel. It has high heat exchange rate and is able to remove the fouling automatically, etc..

Ni-Ti basement layer surface Heat Supply Network Exchanger has the features of high heat transfer coefficient, corrosion resistance and scour resistance.

Vortex Hot Film Heat Supply Network Exchanger has the features of high heat transfer coefficient, less solid fouling, none leak easily and less floor area.
